My Personal Training consists of one-on-one sessions, where my goal is to take your workout to the next level by offering helpful strategies to maximize your efforts, before, during, and after your workouts. These strategies include correction of form, motivation to push through to your optimum level, and goal setting for continued progress. At the start of the training, we will take measurements during an assessment phase.

After which an exercise regimen will be tailored to your specific wellness goal(s). There is a $39.99 assessment fee. It's part of my commitment to helping you hit the goals you desire.
